Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Production Engineer to design, build, and operate its core compute and networking infrastructure, Kubernetes platform, and production automation. You’ll work across engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable operations for Harvey’s AI-driven workloads and services.

You will drive capacity planning, fleet management, and observability, while implementing security controls and cost-efficient infrastructure. A strong emphasis on leadership and clear communication is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software, infrastructure, site reliability, or production engineering experience.
• Deep experience building and operating large-scale cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production, including cluster lifecycle and networking.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and IaC using Terraform or Pulumi.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Harvey’s production infrastructure and AI workloads.
• Drive technical direction across compute, networking, Kubernetes, and workflow orchestration.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Security, AI Infrastructure, and Platform teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Build reusable patterns, tooling, and documentation; mentor engineers.
