Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Infrastructure Production Engineering team in San Francisco. You will own the reliability, scalability, and security of Harvey's compute and networking platforms, Kubernetes, and workflow orchestration, guiding a high-performing group of engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Deep expertise operating large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Pulumi).
• Knowledge of observability platforms (monitoring, logging, alerting).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Own Harvey's production infrastructure and reliability initiatives.
• Define long-term infrastructure strategy and execution priorities.
