Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Infrastructure Production Engineering organization. You will own Harvey's global compute, networking, and Kubernetes platforms, guiding a team to deliver reliable, scalable production infrastructure for AI workloads.

Reporting to Head of Infrastructure, you will drive capacity planning, automation, and security while aligning with product and security leaders to scale with the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team leadership.
• Deep expertise operating large-scale cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Define long-term infrastructure strategy and priorities.
• Own Harvey's compute, networking, Kubernetes, and workflow platforms.
• Drive reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, AI Infrastructure, and Platform teams.
