Job summary

Conner Strong & Buckelew seeks an AVP, Infrastructure Management to design, implement, and operate enterprise infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. The role requires deep Azure expertise and broad skills across networking, identity, storage, backup, cybersecurity, and automation.

You will mentor staff, contribute to roadmaps and budgeting, and ensure secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with 12+ years in infrastructure.
• Experience leading cross-functional infrastructure initiatives in hybrid environments.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications and regulated industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure (cloud, datacenter, network, server, storage).
• Translate objectives into roadmaps, standards, procedures, and support models.
• Oversee Azure and on-premises infrastructure security, resiliency, and cost management.
• Direct upgrades, migrations, patching, monitoring, and handoffs.
• Advance cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities.
• Drive IaC, scripting, and automation to improve efficiency and auditability.
• Mentor infrastructure staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
