Job summary

Qualifications

Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards.
Strong knowledge of requirements management and system modeling tools.
Creative problem‑solving ability with capacity to quickly grasp and apply new information.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure infrastructure solutions to complex mission‑critical engineering problems in support of U.S. Navy programs.
Evaluate systems, networks, and information systems to ensure designs meet applicable government security specifications.
Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses across hardware and infrastructure environments.
Develop system security documentation and support system accreditation, certification evaluation, and test activities.
Generate and support technical engineering products throughout the full system development lifecycle.
Contribute to the engineering framework used across multiple products and systems to shape future capabilities.
Test and troubleshoot infrastructure solutions in a controlled lab environment.
Create comprehensive documentation to support a rigorous and compliant engineering process.
Identify and apply AI-driven opportunities for continuous improvement and operational innovation.
Collaborate daily with an agile team to problem‑solve and ensure commitments to the U.S. Navy mission are met.
