Job summary

Brook & Whittle Ltd. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own cross‑domain infrastructure problems across servers, networking, cloud, and DevOps.

The role involves hands‑on work and collaboration with facilities across North America, with a hybrid on‑site schedule in New Albany, IN. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT infrastructure, extensive experience with M365, Azure, and hybrid identity, plus scripting/automation and multi‑site experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid identity (AD/Entra ID).
• Experience using scripting or automation to improve infrastructure operations.
• Experience working in a multi-site organization.
• Hybrid on-site schedule in New Albany, IN; travel 15–20% to other facilities.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot core infrastructure across servers, networking, cloud, and DevOps.
• Design, implement, and document scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Lead cross-site projects and migrations with minimal supervision.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance as needed.
