Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to join our Denver-area team. The role requires hands-on expertise with VMware, backup and disaster recovery, ServiceNow incident management, and automation through Terraform and Ansible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering or enterprise IT experience.
• Hands-on VMware administration, troubleshooting, and virtualization.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam and/or Rubrik).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow incident management and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with enterprise servers and hardware (Dell/Lenovo/HPE).
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, scripting, and automation.
• Knowledge of security patching, vulnerability remediation, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain infrastructure stability, performance, and security.
• Manage VMware environments and enterprise backup solutions.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery testing.
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide Level 3 support.
• Support infrastructure automation and continuous improvement.
