Job summary

SPS Commerce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support the physical and virtual infrastructure powering our SaaS platform.

You will manage VMware Cloud Foundation environments, storage, backups, and data center operations at the Minneapolis data center, with exposure to on-prem AI infrastructure. You will work with Windows Server and Linux guests, implement automation via PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, and Python, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
Experience administering VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
Experience with Windows Server and Linux guests and physical hosts.
Knowledge of data center networking, VLANs, routing and switching.
Experience with Rubrik backup and recovery and Pure Storage arrays.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and support physical and virtual infrastructure for SPS Commerce SaaS platform.
Manage VMware Cloud Foundation environments, storage, backups, and recovery.
Administer Pure Storage arrays and Rubrik backup, monitor SLA policies and RPO/RTO.
Rack and power management, cabling, patching, and asset tracking.
Develop infrastructure as code and automation; contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with Development teams.
