Job summary

Itezz Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to implement, maintain, and enhance diverse research infrastructure systems across Linux/Windows and cloud environments.

The role requires security clearance or eligibility (TS/SCI) and involves testing components, resolving issues, and advising on system design. Candidates should have DoD 8570 IAT II baseline certification and one of NGFE or AWS certifications, plus several years of related experience in networking, virtualization, and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; 5 years infrastructure experience may substitute for degree.
• Must meet DoD approved 8570 Baseline Certification for IAT Level II.
• Must possess at least one vendor certification: NGFE or AWS.
• Six years of infrastructure engineering experience with network troubleshooting, cloud technologies, and AWS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implements, maintains, and enhances complex research infrastructure systems.
• Review and test infrastructure components for design adherence and document results.
• Resolve reported system issues and provide input on hardware/software trade-offs.
