Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure supporting our applications.

This remote role focuses on automation, reliability, and security across multi-cloud environments. You will collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams, implement IaC with Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation, and drive CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, CloudOps, or IaC roles.
Strong experience with Azure and automation.
Proficiency in scripting and automation.
Deep understanding of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to obtain DoD security clearance or US citizenship.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure platform infrastructure.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment and operations.
Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; address issues proactively.
Collaborate with engineers to optimize performance and deployment.
Implement observability with logging, metrics, and tracing.
Ensure security and operational standards across environments.
Automate manual processes to reduce risk.
