Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Oklahoma to oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure, spanning servers, compute, network, storage, and data centers.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to service-management processes, and document architectures. This role requires strong communication and experience in large enterprise environments; on-site work in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Experience supporting multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• ITIL certification within 6 months of employment.
• Must communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
• Experience with Wide Area and Local Area Network Infrastructure and storage networks.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring and training of junior team members
• Serves as an escalation point for Infrastructure Engineers
• Conducts current state analysis of systems and procedures and recommends system design or modifications to achieve desired goals
• Assists with roadmap planning of production infrastructure keeping versions current and supported
• Implements and maintains enterprise standards for applications and infrastructure
• Installs and configures systems according to design specifications
• Assists with analysis, troubleshooting, repairing and performance tuning of complex systems and hardware components
• Supports the ITIL Service Transition process ensuring new and modified services are appropriately documented, including as-built documentation
