Job summary

Oklahoma Heart Hospital is seeking a senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise infrastructure across networking, voice/unified communications, Citrix, and endpoint management.

The role requires hands-on leadership, advanced troubleshooting, and collaboration with Infrastructure Engineering, Information Security, Clinical IT, and vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and highly available services for the hospital.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressively responsible enterprise IT infra experience.
• Experience engineering enterprise-scale environments across Cisco, UC, Citrix, and Intune.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infra problems and lead projects.
• Strong understanding of security, availability, performance, and DR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, administer and support enterprise infrastructure across networking, UC, Citrix, and endpoints.
• Act as senior technical resource providing advanced troubleshooting and architectural guidance.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
