Job summary

Madison Air is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and optimize enterprise infrastructure in our Unified IT Operations team. This onsite role supports Aprilaire and Research Products within the Madison Air network.

You will manage Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, M365, Intune/Autopilot, and virtualization platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or IT operations in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management technologies like Intune/Autopilot.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, server hardware, storage, and lifecycle management.
• Strong networking fundamentals and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and secure enterprise infrastructure and core systems.
• Lead health, security, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise services.
• Administer Windows Server environments, AD, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Support M365 initiatives and Azure Entra ID with hybrid integration.
• Manage endpoint provisioning through Intune/Autopilot and device lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with teams to plan upgrades, patches, and refresh initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and diagrams.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations.
