Job summary

Epic, located just outside Madison, WI, seeks a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for internal staff, customers, and global training environments.

The role blends hands-on infrastructure work with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services. Relocation to the Madison area is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency in scripting or programming; PowerShell experience a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based infrastructure for Epic staff, customers, and training environments.
• Automate infrastructure and harden security across services.
• Collaborate across teams to support hosted client systems and testing platforms.
