CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering Dev team, focused on developing, deploying, and monitoring services that manage our bare-metal infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure high performance and reliability. The role requires deep expertise in cloud operations, Go, Kubernetes, and incident management, with on-call rotation and a hybrid/onsite work model.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in cloud operations, SRE, or related roles.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with incident management practices (ITIL, SRE).
• Proficiency with Go.
• Experience deploying containerized apps using Kubernetes.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• On-call rotation experience.
• Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist incident response and document RCA and PIRs; support post-incident reviews.
• Monitor system performance with Prometheus and Grafana; identify issues.
• Develop automation to improve incident detection and recovery.
• Create KPIs and SLAs for incident management; align with team goals.
• Collaborate across teams to improve platform reliability and disaster recovery.
• Build dashboards and alerts for efficient operational troubleshooting.
