- 8+ years of Windows infrastructure or end user computing engineering experience.
- 8+ years supporting enterprise Citrix environments.
- 5+ years supporting large-scale VDI deployments.
- 5+ years developing and supporting production-grade PowerShell automation.
- Experience supporting environments with thousands of users across multiple regions.
- Experience leading major infrastructure, desktop, VDI, or cloud transformation projects.
- Experience with source control, peer review, structured logging, and automation support lifecycle practices.
- Strong incident response, problem management, and RCA experience.
