Job Description

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the critical infrastructure that supports a datacenter environment. Your responsibilities include overseeing the operation and optimization of servers, networks, and storage systems to ensure seamless performance and reliability. You will manage advanced storage systems such as Dell, HPE, and PureStorage Network Attached Storage, and maintain copper and fiber cabling for efficient connectivity. You will estimate and optimize power and cooling capacity, and create detailed diagrams using Visio or DrawIO to map server racks, physical connections, and network layouts.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Dell and HPE server hardware
  • Dell and PureStorage storage appliance
  • Network engineering
  • Server operating systems
  • Routing and switching
  • Hardware troubleshooting
• Bonus points if you have:
  • Cisco networking equipment experience
  • Datacenter automation experience
• Security clearance: Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.

Compensation

Base pay range for the following states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland: $130,200—$265,300 USD.
