Location: Annapolis Junction, MD – Accenture Federal Services

What you’ll do

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems
• Manage IT system infrastructure and any related processes
• Support IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
• Support the escalation and communication of status to client management and internal customers
• Support the dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved in the resolution process
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components, implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

What you’ll need

• Ten (10) years’ experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• Experience performing Tier I/II troubleshooting for operating systems
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required; five (5) years of additional Systems Administrator/Information Technology experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance.

Pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $96,200—$192,300 USD.
