Job summary
Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking an Infrastructure & Energy Transaction Counsel to lead complex, multi-hundred-million- and billion-dollar deals across leased data centers and new developments. You will own structuring, drafting, and negotiations, partnering with strategy, site development, power, engineering, procurement, and finance.
The role demands rapid, precise judgment, senior legal experience, and excellent communication to bridge technical needs with protections.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of legal experience in complex commercial transactions.
- Experience with infrastructure or technology companies and AmLaw background is preferred.
- Proven track record in multi-hundred-million and billion-dollar deals, with closing capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead deal negotiation and documentation for development, leasing, acquisitions, and financing.
- Structure, draft, and negotiate power, interconnection, and energy-related agreements (PPA, interconnection, storage).
- Draft and negotiate construction, design-build, and engineering service agreements.
- Support project finance elements, tax incentives, and lease arrangements.
- Collaborate with strategy, site development, power, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
- Oversee outside counsel on complex regulatory or regional issues.
