Job summary

Kinley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects nationwide. You will oversee execution from startup through closeout, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality.

The role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel 25–40% will be expected as projects proceed across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma required; additional training ideal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, and clients for successful execution.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, purchase orders and project docs.
• Lead project meetings and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, equipment, and material logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and customer requirements.
• Identify risks and implement delays and cost mitigation strategies.
• Support estimating, preconstruction, and closeout activities.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication.
