Job summary

Kinsley Construction is seeking a driven Project Manager for our Highway & Bridge team. You will oversee project phases from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with the Division VP, superintendent, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes scheduling, cost control, and effective communication. Preferred candidates will have highway or bridge project experience and a related degree, with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting complex construction documents.
• Strong communication with project team and client stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare/subcontracts, change orders, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex construction documents and drawings.
• Review and process contract documents.
• Assist in subcontract and purchase order issuance.
• Organize and maintain contract documents and shop drawings.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules; perform job cost analysis.
• Maintain project files and update schedules.
• Assist with project close-out manuals and punch lists.
• Support QA/QC and field safety processes.
