Job summary

Ideal candidate has 5+ years IT experience, certifications preferred, and strong analytical skills. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience maintaining Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and networking.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and delegate tasks.
• Travel minimal with possible overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the organization's infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networking, Windows systems, and enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain Runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Configure and manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Assist with AWS networking components and cloud optimization.
• Implement automation, monitoring, and alerting to improve reliability.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, deployments, and projects.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to align goals and ensure timely execution.
