Job summary

Delaware Department of Technology & Information (DTI) seeks a Systems Administration Analyst to deliver high-quality technical support for its infrastructure. The role requires proficiency across server, Microsoft, Linux, web engineering and virtualization domains, with vendor collaboration across 24x7 operations.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of hands-on experience, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of three years of technical experience in one or more core technical requirements and related product support in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience with installation and configuration, version testing, debugging, and patch installation.
• Strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly effective technical support for DTI’s technical infrastructure to meet customer needs and policy requirements.
• Collaborate with internal staff, vendors, and customers to deliver services.
• Work under guidance of a Senior Analyst and manage activities across core technology domains.
