Job summary

Fisher Investments seeks a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to build automated vulnerability remediation and patching across Windows and Linux servers. You will design Ansible playbooks and scripts in a collaborative, global environment, driving risk-based remediation and sustainable patch compliance.

This in-office role offers a hybrid path with on-call duties to support 24/7 operations across our Infrastructure Platform Team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a standardized patching process and automated vulnerability remediation framework.
• Design and implement Ansible playbooks and PowerShell/Python scripts to automate patching and configuration management.
• Analyze vulnerability findings, prioritize by risk, and coordinate remediation with security and ops teams.
• Perform patching across Windows and Linux servers to close findings and improve patch compliance.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and participate in planned/unplanned maintenance.
