Job summary

Fisher Investments in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to strengthen our Infrastructure Platform. You will reduce infrastructure risk by automating patching, analyzing vulnerabilities, and driving measurable improvements across Windows and Linux environments.

You will design and maintain an end-to-end remediation framework using Ansible, PowerShell and Python, collaborate with Infosec and operations, and participate in on-call rotations to support global, 24/7

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
• 5+ years in server management and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with Ansible and patch management tooling.
• Proficient in Python, Bash or PowerShell scripting.
• Familiar with CVE/CVSS and security audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a patching process and automation framework.
• Create Ansible playbooks and scripts to automate patching and provisioning.
• Prioritize remediation by risk and exploitability.
• Coordinate remediation with Infosec, IT, and app teams.
• Patching across Windows and Linux environments.
• Produce remediation trend reports for leadership.
