Job summary

Forcepoint seeks an experienced Staff/Principal Infrastructure Automation & AI Ops Engineer to modernize enterprise operations across endpoint, identity, Microsoft 365, network, and cloud. You will lead automation-first, API-driven workflows, integrating Intune, Entra ID, and AI-enabled remediation at scale.

The role blends architecture leadership with hands-on scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash), automations, and governance to drive a secure, scalable platform across Forcepoint’s DSE/DLP

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering in large enterprises.
• Expert-level Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint management, including Autopilot and LAPS enforcement.
• Strong Entra ID experience: SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, lifecycle provisioning.
• Advanced PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash; REST API/webhook integration; CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own automation architecture standards across the enterprise and drive design reviews.
• Automate Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows across Entra ID, M365, and Freshservice.
• Automate Windows endpoint provisioning, patching, compliance, and retirement via Intune Autopilot.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and API-driven integrations across Freshservice, AWS, and Juniper.
• Deliver AI-assisted capabilities with proper security guardrails and approvals.
