Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking an IT Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments. This role drives technology roadmaps, embraces emerging technologies, and defines AI adaptation for infrastructure.

You will collaborate across IT, Security, and Business teams to ensure architectural alignment with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Need strong background in IT infrastructure design and management.
• Experience with cloud and on-premise environments.
• Proficiency in automation and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Python).
• Expertise in security and governance (IAM, CIS).
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure IT infrastructure in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead long-term IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide cross-functional technical leadership and mentorship.
• Identify automation opportunities for provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
