Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods for infrared lens production. You will collaborate with Design Engineering to support new products, estimate costs, set time standards, and specify tooling and processes for both new and existing lines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar mechanical design software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for the production of infrared lenses.
• Create, review, and update assembly and test instructions and checklists to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate material and production defects and partner with Quality to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Address out-of-flow materials and provide technical support to Production and Quality.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes, methods, equipment, tooling, and training.
• Collaborate with Equipment Maintenance and external vendors to optimize equipment performance and maintain production efficiency.
