Job summary

Citi in Irving, Texas is seeking an Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst at an intermediate level to support LAN/WAN and help desk activities, providing technical guidance, security oversight, and compliance in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team.

You will create complex project plans, perform RCA post-restoration, design testing approaches, and advise senior stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in infrastructure delivery roles with a track record of process change and improvement.
• Experience in a Financial Services or large global environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve high impact problems, and restore services.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service.
• Design testing approaches and assist with automation of repetitive tasks.
• Provide technical/strategic direction to team members.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and risk assessment.

Education

Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
