Job summary

Citigroup is seeking an Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst in Irving, TX to drive LAN/WAN and help desk activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team.

You will design plans, analyze impacts, guide project delivery, monitor regulatory compliance, and serve as SME to stakeholders while balancing risk and independent judgment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of infrastructure delivery experience in financial services or large global environments.
• Proven track record of operational process change and improvement.
• Ability to develop metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking, and best practices.
