Job summary

You will design testing approaches, guide team members, review requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a subject-matter expert to senior stakeholders while managing risk and preserving the firm’s reputation.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in infrastructure delivery with a proven track record.
• Experience in financial services or large/global environments preferred.
• Ability to develop metrics, analytical tools and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses and restore services.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis post-restoration of service.
• Design testing approaches and assist with automation of repetitive tasks.
• Provide technical/strategic direction to team members.
• Review requirements and update hardware and processes as needed.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and other teams.
