Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Senior Infrastructure/SRE Engineer to own the Convert product's cloud infrastructure on AWS, build an IaC foundation with Pulumi, and improve scalability and observability across high-volume data workloads.

You will lead design-to-launch projects, implement AI-assisted automation, and help the team ship reliable, cost-effective systems in a remote-first environment spanning the United States and Argentina.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment with little tolerance for downtime.
• Deep hands-on AWS experience and cloud operations perspective.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Pulumi or Terraform).
• Production experience with high-throughput data systems (Druid, MongoDB, Airflow).
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript/Node.js; can read Java services.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cloud infrastructure behind the Convert products on AWS.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code foundation with Pulumi.
• Improve scalability and reliability of distributed systems and data workloads.
• Increase observability with dashboards, alerts, and actionable SLOs.
• Lead design-to-launch projects and write maintainable automation.
