Job summary
Genius Sports in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead initiatives on the Infrastructure Platform. You will work on a unified technical strategy to enable engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate Genius Sports' product catalog reliably.
You'll drive multi-account/region Kubernetes, MLOps, and standardized deployments while collaborating with product engineering to scope requests and set priorities. Hybrid work and attractive benefits included.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of software experience building and operating platforms.
- Experience building applications and automations to reduce toil for engineering teams.
- Understand the developer experience and how to magnify engineers' output.
- Strong communication to drive platform adoption across teams.
- Mentorship and upleveling of the team to maximize potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement technical initiatives for the InfraPlat team.
- Operate multi-account/region Kubernetes clusters, MLOps, and deployments.
- Support standardized deployments and the company-wide authentication platform.
- Collaborate with product engineers to scope requests and prioritize initiatives.
