Job summary

Genius Sports is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help lead initiatives for the InfraPlat infrastructure platform, aligning multiple tech teams under one unified strategy and enabling scalable production of Genius Sports’ vast product catalog.

You’ll work on the InfraPlat team to drive multi-account/region Kubernetes clusters, MLOps, standardized deployments, and the authentication platform, partnering with product engineering to scope, prioritize, and accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building software and operating platforms.
• Experience creating automations to reduce toil for engineers.
• Understand developer experience and how to magnify engineers' output.
• Strong communication to drive platform adoption.
• Mentorship and uplifting the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement technical initiatives for the InfraPlat team.
• Work on multi-account/region Kubernetes clusters, MLOps, deployments, and the auth platform.
• Collaborate with product engineering to scope requests and prioritize initiatives.
