Job summary

Oteemo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design and deliver a secure, self-service developer sandbox inside a regulated energy utility's Azure tenant.

The role focuses on non-persistent desktops, TLS-inspected egress, and automation from landing zone to golden image. You will own the stack end-to-end: from landing zones and image pipelines to guardrails, RBAC, and logging, enabling AI agents and human approvals for promotions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• 4+ years hands-on Azure in an enterprise/regulatory environment.
• Production VDI deployment experience.
• Azure networking and security fundamentals.
• IaC with Terraform or Bicep.
• Experience with image builders and OS hardening.

Responsibilities

• Stand up non-persistent Azure/AVD and Omnissa Horizon desktops with secure streaming.
• Design landing zones with TLS-inspected egress and private endpoints.
• Own image pipelines to CIS-hardened images and lifecycle.
• Implement policy, RBAC, and logging with Azure services.
• Enable self-service and AI agent-driven promotions.
