Job summary

Oteemo, Inc. seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to build secure, self-service developer sandboxes in Azure for a regulated energy utility.

You will deliver non-persistent Desktops on Azure Virtual Desktop and Omnissa Horizon that reboot cleanly on log off, route traffic through TLS-inspected egress, and own the stack from landing zone to golden image. Responsibilities include implementing landing zones, guardrails, and image pipelines, while automating with Terraform or Bicep and maintaining

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering with ADN in enterprise/regulatory settings.
• 4+ years hands-on Azure experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering production AVD/Omnissa or VMware Horizon deployments at scale.
• Deep experience with VNets, UDRs, Private Link, DNS, and NSGs; TLS inspection favored.
• Expertise in Terraform or Bicep with CI/CD, and in image pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build secure, self-service developer sandbox environments in Azure.
• Deliver non-persistent, streamed desktops (AVD/Omnissa Horizon) with fast boot.
• Own landing zones, image pipelines, and guardrails with policy and IAM.
• Ensure logging/telemetry to Sentinel or Splunk and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with security and DevOps to keep environments auditable.
