Job summary
Komatsu Mining Technology Solutions seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own the architecture, implementation, and reliability of mission-critical infrastructure for AHS and mining tech. You will lead automation, design scalable systems, and mentor peers to drive 24/7 reliability across global deployments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading major infrastructure initiatives and mentoring teams.
- Strong background in CI/CD, IaC, and observability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical leader across multiple infrastructure and DevOps domains.
- Develop and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployments.
- Architect and maintain on-premise and hybrid environments, with capacity planning.
- Design and implement IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.
- Implement observability frameworks with metrics, tracing, and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Define SRE metrics (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets) to drive improvements.
- Lead incident response and postmortems for field systems, ensuring reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with field engineers and support to maintain 24/7 availability.
