Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in surface mining or mining-technology environments.
• Experience with autonomous mining systems and operational optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze autonomous haulage performance using data, simulation, and mining principles.
• Define and monitor KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead or support site-readiness studies and field evaluations.
• Support configuration, testing, and validation of autonomous systems.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop operational docs, training materials, and workflows.
• Contribute to proposals with productivity and TCO analyses.
