Job summary

Casca is building AGI for banking, replacing legacy systems with AI-native infrastructure. We seek a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to own the foundations powering our AI-driven lending platform, including cloud, CI/CD, deployment automation and observability.

You'll write production-grade code, tackle distributed system challenges, and drive decisions that improve reliability, security and compliance across fast-paced fintech environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE roles.
• Production-grade automation experience with Python/Go/TypeScript/Rust.
• Strong AWS experience and core services knowledge.
• Proficiency with IaC tools and CI/CD systems.
• Hands-on with containers (Docker) and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure-as-code for AWS and Cloudflare.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Improve observability with metrics, logging, tracing, and alerts.
• Develop internal tooling to reduce toil and accelerate workflows.
• Drive reliability improvements including capacity planning and DR.
• Collaborate with product engineers to balance speed and maintainability.
• Contribute to security and compliance initiatives in fintech environment.
