Casca is building AGI for banking, replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates a large portion of manual work. We seek a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end development from scoping to deployment, collaborate with product managers and customers, and help ensure reliability through testing and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production SaaS environments.
• Startup-velocity experience leading from the front in fast-paced settings.
• Deep experience in web application development with relational databases and high-quality code.
• Architectural maturity with scalable, pragmatic design.
• Integrity & alignment with team-first, transparent collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end component ownership from scoping to deployment and maintenance.
• Propose pragmatic shortcuts or alternative implementations to deliver core value faster.
• Collaborate with customers and product managers to break down complex features into actionable tasks.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and share best practices to raise team quality.
• Build reliable components with observability and automated tests for production stability.
