Job summary

Quince is seeking an Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer III to design, build, and maintain scalable AWS-based infrastructure across development, staging, and production. You will automate delivery pipelines, implement observability, and improve system reliability and security.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable fast, secure deployments, manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, and drive capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• Deep AWS knowledge (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM).
• Solid IaC experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Hands-on with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Observability with Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana/ELK.
• Linux/Unix systems, networking, load balancing, CDN, DNS.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS using IaC.
• Build and secure CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable deployments.
• Manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for high availability.
• Lead capacity planning, auto-scaling, DR testing, blue-green deployments.
• Enforce security best practices, networking standards, access controls.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve developer experience.
