Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager for Infrastructure Service Delivery in the Cambridge/Somerville area. The role leads cloud, network, and infrastructure platforms with deep hands-on experience in a regulated environment.

The position requires 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure, 5+ years in leadership, and strong skills in AWS, Azure, and identity governance. Onsite work three days a week is expected, with a contract-to-hire path.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience
10+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
5+ years leading infrastructure engineering or operations functions
Experience with AWS, Azure, hybrid infrastructure
Knowledge of GxP, validated systems, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to lead technical staff and manage outsourced providers

Responsibilities

Serve as senior engineering leader and technical owner for cloud, network, identity, compute, and infrastructure platforms
Own delivery, availability, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure services
Lead cloud operations, network services, identity platforms, and infrastructure engineering
Develop technology roadmaps, standards, and lifecycle strategies
Drive automation and operational efficiencies via scripting and tools
Own IAM services including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, authentication and privileged access
Establish monitoring, observability, and incident response practices
Collaborate with Cybersecurity to strengthen infrastructure security and compliance
