Qualifications

• 15+ years of applied infrastructure technology experience.
• 7+ years in principal engineering or senior leadership roles.
• Ownership of enterprise data center hardware strategy.
• Strong expertise in storage architecture for data centers and VDI.
• Rack-level efficiency optimization and site constraints.
• Ability to influence vendor strategy and produce financially rigorous business cases in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year data center hardware strategy for virtual desktop infrastructure and adjacent infrastructure services.
• Establish and run a hardware decision framework considering market, vendor, architecture, and lifecycle trends.
• Lead cost-benefit analysis and develop decision-ready business cases for major hardware initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, data center operations, facilities, procurement, cybersecurity, and risk teams.
• Own KPI governance updates on capacity, unit economics, reliability trends, and regulatory/control readiness.
