Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year data center hardware strategy for VDI and related infra.
• Lead hardware governance and lifecycle management with standards for storage and networking.
• Develop costed business cases for major hardware initiatives with stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, facilities, procurement, and risk teams.
• Provide KPI updates on capacity, unit economics, reliability, and regulatory readiness.
