Volkswagen Group of America seeks a technical coordinator for the connected infotainment function in North America. The role oversees the development lifecycle, concept alignment, and milestone compliance across North American vehicles, with duties spanning prototyping, integration, failure analysis, and corrective actions.

The candidate will ensure legal, security, and safety compliance for the NA market and collaborate with suppliers and Quality to resolve field issues, with up to 25% travel

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 84 months of experience; MS with 60 months will be accepted.
• Up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as single point of contact and technical coordinator for the responsible connected infotainment function.
• Ensure compliance with legal, security, and safety requirements for the North American market.
• Lead and align North American concept definition and technical feasibility.
• Manage the product development lifecycle for the function and its application into North American vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with project milestones (B-sample, C-sample, final production).
• Define countermeasures with suppliers when product changes are necessary.
