Job summary

PHOENIX Corporate Headquarters in Columbus is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead design and implementation of enterprise technology across infrastructure, security, applications, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. You will own initiatives from planning through production support and work with E‑Commerce, DevOps, Security, Network & IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 7–10 years in systems analysis, infrastructure, security, or architecture.
• Minimum five years in a senior technical role.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting enterprise systems.
• Experience with cloud, security tools, and vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into technical plans, tasks, and measurements.
• Design, secure, and support enterprise solutions across cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Contribute across the solution lifecycle: analysis, design, dev, testing, deployment, and support.
• Enhance platforms via AI integration, automation, and runbooks.
• Implement access control, upgrades, and release support with security at the core.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, DevOps, and vendors to meet objectives.
