Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer to safeguard networks and systems to the highest standards, ensuring data security, integrity, and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes designing, implementing, and evaluating IA/security controls across multiple enclaves, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with RMF and C&A processes. U.S. citizenship and Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience loading artifacts such as STIG checklists and ACAS scans.
• Experience helping to implement STIG checklists and mitigate scan findings.
• Experience supporting security assessment events and responding to questions from PAT team, ISSMs, and SCA.
• Experience working with application leads, sysadmins, DBAs, developers, and testers to ensure systems are security compliant and achieve/maintain ATO.

Responsabilités

• Designs and implements IA/security systems and components across networks and enclaves.
• Analyzes architecture and system functionality for multiple technologies.
• Participates in development and evaluation of attack scenarios.
• Prepares and delivers technical reports and briefings.
• Understands Risk Management Framework and applies it to program systems/networks.
• Performs security assessments and recommends mitigations.
