CACI International Inc is seeking an Information Security professional to support nationwide sites with remote technical expertise across hardware, networking, and systems. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, autonomous work, and making an impact in both unclassified and classified environments.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 10+ years of IT support experience.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI clearance with full‑scope polygraph (non‑negotiable).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell/HP hardware.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Image, configure, and deploy physical desktops.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, and monitors.
• Manage operating systems, BIOS configurations, and overall workstation health.
• Patch network ports and trace network lines.
• Install, manage, and harden Cisco network switches.
• Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail.
• Plan and execute user moves, ensuring smooth transitions of computers, phones, and network connectivity.
• Prepare obsolete or decommissioned assets for proper disposal.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on enterprise‑wide initiatives.
• Support both unclassified and classified systems.
