Job summary

CACI is seeking a Lead Infrastructure/Systems Administrator to support multiple sites nationwide from a Denver-based team. The role involves deploying desktops, managing Windows OS, networks, VOIP, printing, and security systems, while guiding a technical team and coordinating vendor visits.

Required TS/SCI with Polygraph, a bachelor's degree with 3+ years, Security+ certification, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 25% and remote site support are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Windows desktops and Dell hardware.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic network concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong time management.
• Security+ certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy desktops (physical/virtual) and troubleshoot hardware.
• Install and troubleshoot end-user apps and certificates.
• Document actions in trouble tickets and meet SLAs.
• Patch network ports and configure switches.
• Manage UPS and coordinate vendor visits for downtime.
• Configure VOIP phones and printing/scanning devices.
• Plan user moves and large projects; mentor junior staff.
