D2 Consulting seeks an experienced Information Assurance Security Engineer to support our Intelligence Community customer. You will shape policy, architecture, incident response, and compliance to protect critical systems in a mission-focused environment.

This senior role demands 10+ years in information security, active TS/SCI clearance, IAM Level II certification, and hands-on RMF/C&A experience. Expect cross-agency collaboration and a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with DoD compliance familiarity.
• IAM Level II certification required to start.
• Experience with RMF, ICD 503, and C&A processes.
• Hands-on with security tooling and cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Draft and review information security policies and SSPs.
• Lead Certification & Accreditation (C&A) and RMF activities.
• Manage action plans, remediation, and risk mitigation.
• Configure and maintain network security tools and perimeter controls.
• Engage with stakeholders across agencies and provide training.
